About Us
Our Story
Juju started on a side street in Concord, Massachusetts, a few blocks from the house where Henry David Thoreau grew up and not far from the pond he made famous. The idea was simple: build a small shop that carried the kind of clothing you actually reach for on a Tuesday morning — a soft knit top, a pair of linen pants that don't need ironing, a flannel that gets better with every wash. We wanted to stop choosing between clothing that looked good for one season and basics with no personality at all, so we set out to build a shop that could do both.
We opened with six categories and a short list of goods in each: women's knits and layers, easy linen bottoms, kids' outdoor gear, men's woven shirts, a small wall of sneakers, and a table of canvas bags by the door. That list hasn't changed much since. Rather than chasing trends, we've spent our time getting the fundamentals right: better fabric, better fit, and construction that holds up to a New England winter and a New England someone-forgot-to-check-the-forecast spring.
Concord has always been a town that values a slower, more thoughtful way of living, and that shows up in how we run the shop. We work with a small number of mills and workshops we trust, we keep our catalog tight rather than overwhelming, and we would rather sell you one sweater you will wear for five years than five you will replace next season.
Our Mission
Our mission is to make dressing for daily life in New England simpler: clothing and gear for women, men, and kids that moves easily between a walk in the woods, a shift at work, and dinner in town. We focus on natural, breathable fabrics such as cotton, linen, wool blends, and canvas, paired with classic silhouettes that don't go out of style at the end of a season.
We also believe shopping online should feel as straightforward as walking into a small shop you trust: clear pricing, honest photos, real sizing information, and a return policy that doesn't require a law degree to understand.
What We Sell
Juju is organized around six categories, each one built out with the same care:
- Women's Everyday Layers — ribbed knit tops, crewneck sweaters, and linen button-ups that carry from a morning walk to dinner in town.
- Linen & Easy Bottoms — wide-leg linen pants, pull-on knit shorts, and relaxed cotton trousers built for warm days.
- Kids' Outdoor Layers — fleece-lined jackets, quilted vests, and rain shells sized for kids who don't sit still.
- Packs & Travel Bags — canvas daypacks, weekender duffels, and totes built with sturdy fabric and honest hardware.
- Everyday Sneakers — lightweight, flexible shoes for sidewalks and trails alike.
- Men's Casual Shirts — woven button-downs, linen-blend camp shirts, and brushed flannels cut generously for weekends and layering season.

Our Promise to You
We stand behind everything we sell. If a size runs differently than expected, if a seam disappoints you, or if something just isn't what you hoped for, tell us. Our returns process is built to be easy, not a hurdle. We read every email that comes into help@getyourjuju.us, and a real person on our small team will get back to you within 1–2 business days.
We're a small operation, which means we can't promise same-day answers around the clock, but it also means the person answering your email actually knows what's in the shop and cares whether you're happy with it.
How We Choose What to Stock
Every item on Juju is chosen with real New England weather and real New England routines in mind, not a trend calendar. Through the colder months our knits, sweaters, and flannels stay stocked deep because layering is a daily habit here, not a seasonal one. As the weather warms, our linen bottoms and lightweight shirts rotate in so shoppers aren't stuck choosing between staying cool and staying put-together. Our sneakers, packs, and kids' outdoor layers stay in the catalog year-round because a good pair of shoes and a sturdy bag never really go out of season.
We keep our catalog focused on apparel, footwear, and bags only. You won't find water bottles, candles, glassware, blankets, or home and gift goods on our racks or on this site, just clothing and the gear you carry it in.
Community
Concord is a walking town, a reading town, and a town that takes its outdoors seriously, from Walden Pond to the Battle Road Trail. We try to reflect that in what we carry: gear that's built to be used, not just owned. As the shop grows, we plan to keep sourcing thoughtfully and keep our catalog focused on the categories we can stand behind completely, rather than expanding into products that don't fit who we are.
Meet Our Team
Juju is run day to day by a small team based in Concord who handle everything from choosing each season's styles to packing orders and answering customer questions. We are not a faceless warehouse operation. When you email us, a real person on our team reads your message and responds.
